Mid-Level Project Consultant

Starkville, Mississippi and Nashville, Tennessee - PM Environmental, Inc. (PM) is looking for a talented Mid-Level Environmental Consultant to work primarily within our Due Diligence Group. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Completion of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and related Due Diligence Projects..
  • Provide high quality Environmental Site Assessment reports by ensuring that reports are complete to industry and PM standards..
  • Assist with Site Investigation, Underground Storage Tank programs, and Industrial Hygiene as needed.
  • Review and evaluate the project file to verify the adequacy of the scope of work to assure objectives are being met.
  • Business Development duties; such as representation of the firm at Trade Shows and Conferences.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology or Related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Environmental Consulting.
  • Experience with Site Investigation, Underground Storage Tank programs, and Industrial Hygiene is preferred.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Ability to work in various settings and climates.
  • Must have strong organizational skills.
  • Must have keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and be available for travel.

Entry Level Research Consultant

Roseville, California and Lansing, Michigan - PM Environmental, Inc. (PM) is looking for an Entry Level Research Consultant to work within our Due Diligence Group. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Gather and review data from diverse sources to be used in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and similar due diligence projects/products.
  • Determine accuracy and relevancy of information gathered.
  • Work with various municipalities to acquire and review necessary information; such as city directory abstracts, municipal,  state, and federal government files, etc. to ensure a positive experience between these entities and PM.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology or Related field.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have strong organization skills.
  • Must have keen attention to detail.

Entry to Mid-Level Staff Consultant

Lansing, Michigan and Eatontown, New Jersey - PM Environmental, Inc. (PM) is looking for a talented Mid-Level Environmental Consultant to work within our Due Diligence Group. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Completion of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and related Due Diligence Projects
  • Provide high quality Environmental Site Assessment reports by ensuring that reports are complete to industry and PM standards.

Desired Qualifications

Architectural Consultant

Sacramento and/or Long Beach, California and/or Grand Rapids, Michigan - PM Environvmental, Inc. (PM) is looking for an experienced Architectural Consultant with a storng background in architecture, engineering and constr

Duties will include:

  • Performing diverse third-party building evaluations; such as property condition assessments
  • Conducting field assessments of buildings in order to identify deficiencies
  • Preparing written reports according to the client's scope of work

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree Architecture, Engineering, or related technical field
  • 2 to 4 years of related experience
  • Must have strong organization skills.
  • Must have keen attention to detail.
  • Musthave excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have available for travel up to 50% of the time

Site Investigation Project Manager

Lansing and/or Berkley, Michigan- PM Environmental, Inc. (PM) is looking for an experienced Site Investigation Project Manager.

 Duties Include:

  • Project Management and Coordination functions
  • Data Evaluation / Presentation
  • Regulatory Reporting
  • Field Services Support functions

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Geophysics or related technical field
  • 8 to 10 years of related experience, including Leaking Underground Storage Take assessment and remediation experience
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
