PM Environmental, Inc. was retained to provide building facilities consulting services related to HUD refinancing of the subject property by the client.

PM Environmental, Inc. conducted property condition assessments (PCA) for a portfolio of skilled nursing and senior assisted living facilities comprised of 22 properties located in seven states on the East and West Coasts of the United States.

PM Environmental, Inc. was retained to conduct a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment on a former marina property in Key West, FL.  The property was owned by a bank following a foreclosure and PM conducted the Phase I for the prospective buyer.

PM Environmental, Inc. conducted property condition assessments of the lodging, service, and support structures throughout Shenandoah National Park in Virginia.

In early 2013, PM Environmental, Inc. was retained to conduct environmental due diligence services associated with the proposed redevelopment of the former bank building.

PM Environmental, Inc. personnel conducted a site inspection of a partially developed residential development. The purpose of the inspection was to evaluate extent of erosion and sedimentation damage across the property.

PM Environmental, Inc. was retained to conduct environmental due diligence services associated with a gasoline dispensing station acquisition to be redeveloped as  a financial center.

PM Environmental, Inc. was retained by the City of Florence to provide consulting and grant preparation assistance for a Hazardous Substance and Petroleum Grant Request with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). 

PM Environmental, Inc. was retained to provide initial abatement and emergency response actions at the Food Mart convenience store that utilizes USTs for storage of motor fuels for retail sale. 

PM Environmental, Inc. teamed with three other consulting firms and was awarded the Statewide Environmental Services contract managed by the Tennessee Department of Finance and Adminstration’s Real Property Management Division. 

PM Environmental, Inc. conducted additional phases of site characterization and performed several groundwater monitoring events.  The release was located within a 500-foot radius of 12 private drinking water wells.  Approximately 20 groundwater monitoring wells are associated with the site. 

PM Environmental, Inc. was initially contracted to manage plume delineation at the derailment site involving Dense Non-Aqueous Phase Liquids (DNAPL’s) in Calvert City, Kentucky.

PM Environmental, Inc. was retained to complete a Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and cost to remediation documentation for the Warrior Asphalt Refining Property in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. 

PM Environmental, Inc. was retained to complete a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at a Former Metal Plating Facility located in Johnson City, Tennessee. 

PM Environmental, Inc. was retained to complete Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments on multiple properties that have been single use commercial buildings to multi-tenant properties. 

PM Environmental, Inc. was retained to complete a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at the Vacant Property located on the Coosa River in downtown Gadsden, Alabama.  The property was undeveloped, but the Phase I ESA revealed the potential for landfill use from adjacent properties with development.

PM Environmental, Inc. was retained to provide a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at a 90 year old textile mill located near downtown Rockwood, Tennessee.  The property had been a textile mill since 1919 with various tenants and mill configurations.

PM Environmental, Inc. in concert with InStar Services Group, L.P. (InStar), conducted emergency fire response activities to address building material damage due to a fire that occurred in facility maintenance and chemical storage areas at the Cobo Center prior to the North America International Auto Show.

PM Environmental, Inc. (PM) was hired to conduct a Phase II subsurface investigation to delineate volatile organic compound (VOC) including chlorinated solvents in the soil and groundwater at the manufacturing site. 

PM Environmental, Inc. (PM) was retained to complete environmental due diligence for the purposes of purchasing a 80 acre property from Tier 1 Auto Supplier, TRW in Sterling Heights, Michigan. 

PM Environmental, Inc. (PM)  initially completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) that identified Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) on the subject property and then completed a comprehensive Phase II ESA that identified contaminants that classified the subject site as a “facility”. 

PM Environmental, Inc. (PM) was retained to conduct environmental due diligence services associated with a multi-location retail gasoline dispensing stations, convenience stores and bulk plants transaction with a major financial institution. 

A Phase II ESA was completed under the City of Flint’s EPA Site Assessment Grant that consisted of a geophysical survey over interior and exterior areas of the subject property, the advancement of 25 soil borings to collect soil and water samples at the RECs, and test pitting to investigation anomalies consistent with the presence of orphan USTs. 

The City of Chattanooga, Tennessee was awarded EPA Assessment Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) and Cleanup grants.  PM Environmental, Inc. (PM) responded to a Request for Qualifications from the City of Chattanooga and made the shortlist of 10 firms to interview. 

PM completed all mitigation, investigation and installation of a multi well recovery network over five acres as part of the corrective action system within a 18 month period.  The remediation system has had a 96% uptime and has mitigated most of the free phase hydrocarbon (fph). 

PM Environmental, Inc.’s (PM) client is a 550 unit retail gasoline station and convenience store operator with locations in Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Arkansas. The majority of their locations are in Tennessee and Alabama where PM is the Corrective Action Contractor (CAC).

PM Environmental, Inc. (PM) worked closely with the City of Oak Park Brownfield Redevelopment Authority (BRA), the client and the client’s environmental attorney to prepare a Brownfield Plan for redevelopment of the subject site. 

PM Environmental, Inc. (PM) was retained to conduct comprehensive environmental services in support of the redevelopment of the contaminated commercial property.  PM initially completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) that identified Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) on the subject property and then completed a Limited Phase II ESA that identified petroleum contamination that classified the subject site as a “facility” and eligible for Brownfield funding under Part 381.

A major Ingham County based commercial/residential developer, conducted comprehensive environmental services in support of the redevelopment of a contaminated industrial site in Lansing, Michigan. The planned reuse of the property was for a residential apartment complex “The Prudden Place Apartments”.

A Lansing based developer conducted comprehensive environmental services in support of the redevelopment of a contaminated industrial site in Lansing, Michigan. The planned reuse of the property was for Warehousing with Offices.

A total of 19 soil borings were completed and 6 existing monitoring wells were sampled on the subject property by PM Environmental, Inc. (PM),  with selected soil and groundwater samples submitted for laboratory analysis of VOCs, SVOCs, PCBs, ammonia, glycols, nitrate/nitrite, alcohol and selected metals.

PM Environmental, Inc. (PM) was retained by a multi-national industrial manufacturing company to perform environmental due diligence services associated with a multi-location portfolio with a major financial institution.
