Elizabeth Masserang Appointed Vice Chair of ACG Detroit’s NextGen Steering Committee
Elizabeth Masserang, Regional Manager – Economic Incentives at PM Environmental was recently appointed Vice Chair of ACG Detroit’s NextGen Steering Committee.
ACG’s NextGen group, a sub-group of ACG Detroit, consists of young professionals under the age of 35 in the Metro Detroit area and focuses on professional growth and development. The group consists of a variety of professionals including consultants, lenders, legal and finance. The group hosts quarterly networking events, lunch and learns, and other informative monthly events.
“I’ve been a part of this particular committee for several years and have had a great experience thus far. I’ve gotten to know many peers and develop a network through ACG NextGen events, as well as attend meaningful sessions. I’m excited to continue to grow NextGen through this role,” said Masserang.
Elizabeth was nominated to the Vice Chair position by Danielle Bass of Honigman, who is currently ACG Detroit’s NextGen Chairman.
“Elizabeth has been an integral part of the growth of the ACG NextGen community and has been instrumental in helping on both content and networking focused events. We are excited for her to take on a leadership role and are grateful for her participation,” said Bass.
ACG Detroit, a 400-member chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, was established in 1984 and includes professionals who invest in middle-market companies and provide advisory services. The group regularly holds professional networking events and educational seminars across the metro Detroit area.
