PM Environmental, Inc. in an experienced provider of environmental, engineering and architectural services to various government agencies and municipalities throughout the country. We approach projects with the understanding that they are business transactions and not science projects. Our practical approach helps us provide solutions to projects within the framework of the environmental regulations.

We have extensive experience working with a variety of government agencies, including the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), the US Small Business Administration (SBA), as well as handling requirements imposed by state and local agencies. We stay current on various regulations, enabling us to produce the most accurate reports for your projects.

Our certified professionals are knowledgeable and well-versed in state trust fund administrations, and have consulted clients on a variety of clean-up grants and reimbursement funding throughout the country. We have worked with a variety of government and state departments including: EGLE, MDOT, DEQ, ADEM and TDEC, among others.

PM also consults with municipalities all over the country to identify and obtain funding sources. PM prepares Brownfield Redevelopment Work Plans and assists local units of government in preparing applications for state and federal loan and grant programs. Our team has assisted several municipalities in successfully applying for Brownfield assessment and cleanup grants from the USEPA.
