PM Environmental, a Pinchin Company, is pleased to announce that Ginny Dougherty has been promoted to Regional Manager, Brownfield Economic Incentives.

In this new role, Ginny will oversee and manage the activities of the Brownfield and Economic Incentives group in PM’s Midwest region, providing leadership, technical expertise, strategic planning, and quality control.

Ginny moves to this role after 9 years with PM where she has honed her expertise in both public and private brownfield redevelopment services, assisting owners, developers, and communities to navigate the complex brownfield process to achieve the conversion of contaminated, underutilized, and historic properties into successful assets.
