PM Environmental, Inc. (PM) is pleased to announce the promotion of Jackie Schafer to Regional Manager – Due Diligence.

Schafer joined PM in 2010 as a Staff Consultant in the Research Department.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Geosciences from Michigan State University, and has served clients in over eight states for more than eight years. 

She specializes in conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Transaction Screen reports, and other customized environmental assessments to support all forms of real estate transactions.  She is also a Certified Asbestos Building Inspector.

“I look forward to the new responsibilities this position will bring, and am excited to expand my knowledge and client relationships,” said Schafer.

In her new role, Schafer will oversee and manage the activities of the Due Diligence group in PM’s Midwest region.  This includes Michigan, except for the 11 counties making up Detroit and its surrounding areas, as well as nine other Midwest states, including Wisconsin and Illinois.
