Michael Kulka Part of Distinguished Panel at the Central Michigan University Real Estate Conference
Michael T. Kulka, P.E., founder and CEO of PM Environmental, Max Benedict, principal at Third Coast Development, Rick Laber, executive vice president at Great Lakes Capital Fund, and Christine Haskins, principal at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company (PMCC), will comprise the commercial real estate panel that will be speaking on emerging trends in real estate at the Central Michigan University (CMU) Real Estate Conference on Friday, Feb. 19 in Mount Pleasant, Mich.
The 75-minute presentation will discuss commercial real estate, with special attention given to environmental risk management firms, brownfield development challenges, complex tiered financing, commercial and government backed loans, tax abatements, and emerging innovative remedial technologies to economically repurpose urban buildings.
CMU’s annual conference gathers brings together over 100 participants, including students, senior-level corporate and governmental leaders.
The conference features speakers from backgrounds in real estate development and investments, lending and capital markets discussing issues in both housing and commercial real estate.
The event will be held from 11 AM to 3 PM in the Powers Ballroom at Powers Hall on the Central Michigan University campus, and the commercial real estate panel will be held at 12:45 PM.
“I’m very excited to speak at this conference,” said Kulka. “It will be great to collaborate with other professionals and discuss pertinent and pressing issues related to commercial real estate.”
