PM Environmental, Inc. (PM) is proud to announce the addition of Ryan Higuchi as a Brownfield and Economic Incentives Project Consultant to the Berkley, Michigan office.

Higuchi comes to PM with over 20 years of experience managing a wide array of brownfield redevelopment, storm-water management, green infrastructure, environmental planning, natural resources management, and municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) permitting/compliance projects. He has served clients in both the private and public sectors including county and municipal governments, area brownfield authorities, non-profit organizations, private developers, the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE), and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), among others.

As a Project Consultant, Higuchi will assist public and private sector clients with brownfield and economic incentive program management and incentive applications, including Act 381 Brownfield Plans/Work Plans, MEDC Grant and Loan Programs, EGLE Grant and Loans and Tax Abatements.
