PM Environmental is proud to announce the addition of Vicky Cummings as Human Resources Manager. 

Located in Lansing, Mich., Cummings will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources function at PM. 

Cummings is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of human resource management. She is an active member of both local and national groups for the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Military Officers Association of America. 

Cummings obtained a B.S. degree in math from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., a M.S. in human resources from Central Michigan University, and served in the United States Navy and United States Marine Corps for approximately 25 years. 

Previous positions include commander, manpower and personnel executive assistant, recruiting manager, plans and programs officer, division officer and payroll clerk.  She ultimately achieved the rank of lieutenant commander, prior to retirement in September 2009. 

“I’m very excited to be the new HR Manager for PM because it’s a growing company with fantastic people doing great work,” said Cummings.  “It’s exciting to be coming in at a key time to help ensure the HR side of the organization is responding to our current needs while preparing for the future PM Environmental.”
