PM Environmental is proud to announce the addition of Carey Kratz as Regional Manager – Due Diligence in our Michigan offices.

Within in this new role, Ms. Kratz will serve as the lead contact for due diligence projects in the Greater Metro Detroit region.  She will be responsible for managing complex due diligence projects, personnel oversight, field investigations, report preparation, senior technical reviews, and business development.  She will also assist PM’s senior management team in strategically planning the growth and overseeing the operations of the company.

Ms. Kratz joins PM with over 18 years of extensive environmental experience and meets the requirements of an Environmental Professional per All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI). She specializes in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and other related due diligence products, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and HUD-related assessments, and asbestos inspections of residential, commercial and industrial property. She also has a strong knowledge base of lender requirements including those from the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA), the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Small Business Administration (SBA) and numerous private lending institutions.

Ms. Kratz received her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Lake Superior State University. She is also a Michigan licensed asbestos inspector and a member of the Michigan Housing Council.
